Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Cincinnati, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
