Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Cincinnati with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
