Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Cincinnati. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
