Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Technologies is a Cincinnati manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
