Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
