Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Drift Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cincinnati, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
