Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Wilder Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
