Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
