Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Juniper Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
