Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group is a facilities company in Charleston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
