Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Charleston. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
