Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Cedar Foods Group is a Charleston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
