Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Glen Facilities Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
