Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Boise, ID)

Amberfield River Manufacturing Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
