Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the Baltimore region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
