Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Baltimore region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
