Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Hollow Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
