Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
