Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Quarry Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
