Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Quarry Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Atlanta working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
