Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Atlanta region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
