Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Keystone Facilities looks after properties across the Anchorage region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
