Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Anchorage. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
