Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
