Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Albuquerque, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
