Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Albuquerque, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
