Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Water Authority Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter reading and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
