Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Quarry Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
