Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Cedar Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tulsa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
