Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tulsa, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
