Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pike Water Authority Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
