Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Harbor Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
