Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fern Freight and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. We reward reliability. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
