Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Toledo region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
