Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Ridge Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
