Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
