Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Quill Energy is an energy provider in Tampa focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
