Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Basin Facilities Group looks after properties across the St. Louis region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
