Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the St. Louis region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
