Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Forge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around St. Louis, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
