Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in St. Louis, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
