Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Umber Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Spokane. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
