Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Rook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Spokane, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
