Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Glen Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
