Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
