Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Savannah, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
