Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners looks after properties across the Savannah region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
