Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Forge Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
