Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
