Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Rook Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
